How to Ditch Your Purse. No Pockets, No Problem.

Am I the only one getting tired of carrying their own purse around all day? Amirite?!

Now, don't get me wrong here ladies - I love, love, love me some purses.
But there is just something about warm weather and the prospect of summer makes me want to lose some baggage and 'keep it simple stupid'. Maybe it makes me feel like I'm more likely to jet set at a moments notice, or hell I'll even be happy with an impromptu backyard cocktail session! Either way, not having my usual extra large, extra heavy - yet gorgeous, spectacular designer purse to tote with me is a welcomed change of pace. Since I don't have the scratch to pay a dude to follow me around all day holding my purse for me; I found the next best thing.

Granted it will max out at about an ID and/or debt card, but honestly you're hot enough to work some pretty little drinks gratis. Also, helps keep your hands free for lots of gratuitous texting along with those poolside cocktails; plus it gives you something to hang your sunglasses from while you schmooze the crowd. Bonus!

MAC Paper Dolls! Prêt-à-Papier Collection Inspiration

It was a Project Runway challenge of sorts, with paper as the source, the instigator of ideas, the beginning of something simply, basically beautiful. Lipstick, LipGlass, Eye Shadow, Paint Pot, Chromografic Pencil, Studio Fix Lash, Impeccable Brow Pencil, Sheertone and Mineralize Blushes, and Nail Lacquer in a seamless spectrum of parchment-to-vellum beiges, with an occasional, clever colour spill, coral among the most au courant.

Patricia Field - Bordello Purple Fairy Dust & Glitter Platform Pumps!

As if it were even possible for me to love, love, love Patricia Field even just a molecule more, she goes and makes these shoes and proves me wrong. For those of you who don't know who the queen is, she is an American stylist, costume/fashion designer & the brains behind the styling of SATC's style icon Carrie Bradshaw. Everyone pause for a fashion genuflection.
While I realize how absurdly impractical the Wizard of Oz Emerald City green pumps are, their total crazy glitterlicious glory only makes me love them more. The green & purple are my lust right now, but I literally love every pair of them!  Would your rock these?
